Oregon Swiss Precision performs the following in-house finishing services in conjunction with our other services.
We offer deburring services as part of our complete range of manufacturing and finishing services. This includes manual deburring, abrasive wheel buffing and deburring, orbital sanding, etc.
Flat lapping is a precision process used where the surface finish and flatness of the work piece must be held to extremely close specifications with a fine micro surface finish.
Vibratory tumbling is the process of smoothing parts using the force of gravity, water and abrasive medias. Vibratory tumbling produces remarkably smooth products are very safe for fragile parts.
Abrasive blasting is a process that is used to finish, clean or prepare metals and plastics using a variety of media by shooting high-speed streams of abrasive blasting media at a surface to remove debris such as rust or other types of residual contaminants and scale.
